How to update your student’s address:

Submit one of the following documents to your student school secretary via hard copy, or email.* Copy of Deed

  • Lease Agreement

  • Most Recent Mortgage/Rental Statement (within 60 days)

  • Letter/Legal Affidavit dated and signed by landlord confirming tenancy, identifying all occupants and record of most recent rent payment

  • Section 8 Agreement

  • Utility bill serviced at the home: Electric/Gas/Internet

  • State Agency Communication: (Item needs to be dated within 30 days)

    • Department of Transitional Assistance
    • Department of Children and Families
    • Commonwealth Letterhead

If you have moved out of your school’s district and would like to have your student stay please complete the Intra-District Request Form.

School transfers can take up to 1 week to process.
